hese Terms of Service (the “Terms”) constitute an agreement between you and Reliable Automation (“we”, “us” or “our”) governing your use of https:\/\/reliableplc.com<\/a> (the “Website”) and your purchase of products from us.<\/p>

By accessing the Website, submitting an inquiry, accepting a quotation or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Website and do not place orders with us.<\/p>

These Terms apply to all inquiries and transactions concluded through the Website, by email, via WhatsApp or through any other communication channel.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  1. We ship by default through international carriers such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT or EMS. The Buyer may nominate its own carrier, with any additional costs borne by the Buyer.<\/li>
  2. Freight, insurance, destination duties, import taxes, VAT and customs clearance costs are borne by the Buyer unless expressly included in the quotation.<\/li>
  3. Transfer of risk<\/strong>: risk passes to the Buyer once the goods are handed to the carrier in accordance with the order. We are not responsible for delay, loss or damage caused by the carrier, but will assist the Buyer with claims and provide the necessary documents.<\/li>
  4. The Buyer must ensure the delivery address, contact person and telephone number provided are accurate and valid. Return, re-delivery and secondary freight costs arising from an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or refused delivery are borne by the Buyer.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Inspection and Quality Claims<\/h6>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    1. The Buyer must inspect the goods within three (3) business days<\/strong> of receipt, checking part numbers, quantities, appearance and packaging against the order.<\/li>
    2. Where wrong items, shortages, visible damage or model mismatches are found, the Buyer must notify us in writing (by email) within that period, providing the order number, photographs of the product and a description of the issue. Failure to notify within that period constitutes acceptance of the goods.<\/li>
    3. Where the issue is verified as our responsibility, we will arrange replacement, exchange or refund, and bear the associated shipping costs both ways.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Returns and Order Cancellation<\/h6>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      1. Before order confirmation<\/strong>: the Buyer may cancel at any time without charge.<\/li>
      2. After confirmation and before shipment<\/strong>: cancellation requires our written consent; where products have already been specially sourced from a supplier, a cancellation fee may apply.<\/li>
      3. After shipment<\/strong>: returns are generally not accepted except for quality defects or incorrect shipment. Returns for non-quality reasons accepted at our written discretion must satisfy the following conditions:
